Prices

As all buildings are tailored to individual clients' requirements, there is not a specific price list. To see example prices, go to a selection of costed buildings in the pertinent section of our portfolio.

Prices include:

• Delivery
• Foundation design
• Submission to Building Regulations
• Skips and scaffolding
• No hidden expenses

Charges

• Design and estimate consultation by telephone - Free!
• Design and planning service to include: visit, drawings and detailed quotation with specifications: £150.00 plus VAT - fully refundable against an order
• Fee for planning authority usually £150 no VAT
• Fee for building regulation approximately 1.5%

Payments

• 5% to proceed to planning (min £1,500).
• 30% to proceed to manufacture.
• 55% prior to delivery.
• 10% on completion.
