By off setting and lowering the ridge height to below 4m, these buildings do not require planning permission unless you live in an AONB, conservation area or listed house. If you do, we can handle the planning for you.
The footprint can be the same as a taller garage and can accommodate all types of car.
These buildings can be readily and speedily supplied for either erection and roofing by ourselves or as a self build kit. All the garages illustrated took less than a week from start to finish.
